If your child's voucher is past its expiry date, the Government will have allocated it to a stakeholder account provider for you.
If your child's account has been allocated to another provider but you'd rather be with Family, the UK's favourite CTF provider, just complete one of the transfer forms above. Before you transfer a Child Trust Fund to us, please make sure you are happy with the type of account we offer.
If you are not sure which provider your child's CTF is with, contact the Government's Child Trust Fund helpline on 0845 302 1470.
Become the Registered Contact
If your child's account has been allocated to us by the Government then you'll be classed as the 'correspondent' for the account. This means that although we'll send the child's statement to you, we won't be able to accept any instruction from you on how the account is managed.
To manage the account until your child reaches age 16, you will need to become the 'Registered Contact' for the account.
