Or you can call us on 0800 616 695 between 9am – 7pm Monday to Fridays and 9am – 12pm Saturdays (calls may be recorded and monitored for training purposes) or drop us an email. Our Customer Services team will be happy to take you through the process.

Expired voucher

If your child's voucher is past its expiry date, the Government will have allocated it to a stakeholder provider for you.

Already been allocated to another provider but you’d rather be with Family Investments? Just follow the transfer instructions above.

If you’ve been allocated to us by the Government then you’ll be classed as the 'correspondent' for the account.

This means that although we will send the child’s annual statement to you, we won’t be able to accept any instruction from you on how the account is managed.

To manage the account until your child reaches age 16, you will need to become the 'Registered Contact' for the account.

Before you transfer a Child Trust Fund account to us, please make sure you’re happy with the type of account we offer.
